Why a Collaborative?
Leadership can feel isolating. Captains deal with expectations, pressure, accountability, team dynamics, coach relationships, and the challenge of leading teammates who are also their friends.
The Leadership Collaborative gives them a community of other leaders who get it. They learn from Shaun & Kelsey, but they also learn from one another β sharing challenges, exchanging ideas, encouraging each other, and returning to their teams better equipped to lead.
Leadership Development That Happens in Real Life
The Collaborative isn't designed to give athletes more homework. The live experiences are the heart of the program. The online member area simply supports the process with short reflections, monthly challenges, leadership tools, session preparation, check-ins, community conversations, and live-session information.
