I'm Kelsey King
As a mental performance coach, I empower athletes to overcome their deepest struggles, rediscover their purpose, and achieve greatness—both on and off the field. With a distinguished background in Division I college hockey, including a National Championship with Ohio State University and representing the USA Women’s National and Collegiate Teams, I know firsthand the critical role mental skills play in elite performance.

As a record-setting Division I hockey player at Minnesota State University, Mankato, and a member of the 2022-2023 USA Women’s National Team, I faced intense challenges—struggles with confidence, emotional regulation, and an identity tied too closely to my performance. These led to depression, anxiety, and a loss of joy in hockey and life. Working with a Mental Skills Performance Coach transformed my mindset, helping me reclaim my purpose, unlock my potential, and rediscover authentic joy. Now, I’m passionate about sharing these tools to help athletes like you thrive.
