It includes setting goals for success as a dual student-athlete, utilizing your strengths, mastering time management to achieve balance, honing organizational skills to excel in both academics and athletics, creating routines that enhance performance in both areas, and aligning career goals with majors that support athletic commitments.

    To create intentions that will set productive actions/habits/routines in place to lead you to the destination you seek.

  • Doubling down on your strengths

    Identify what your strengths via the 80/20 rule and learn strategies to simplify your game by playing to those strengths.

  • Time Management

    Learn the law of diminishing returns, and Parkinson’s law to help increase the quality and decrease the quantity in your training both for sport and school.

  • Organization Skills

    Set to-dos and timelines to help be ahead of the game through understanding how to create an effective calendar/schedule that works for you not against you (without causing burnout).
